Need some help. Paid R250 for router with Webafrica on 28 Decembet only to find out my neighbour opposite us also has an account and her name is on our address after allot papar work send to Webafrica no response and confirmed with Zoom fibre my name does not appear there its still neighbour's. I am frustratred to death how can get my money back and which provider is best?
