Hi All,

I’m encountering an intriguing issue. When I attempt to log in to Online.natis via my regular HomeConnect/AH connection, I receive a URL rejection error. However, if I quickly switch to the CISP connection, the login works perfectly.
This occurs within minutes on the same computer.

Could this be an issue with my ISP, or is it a problem with the website?

Don't even get me started on the castrol oil selector website, navigate too fast, banned. Click too many things, banned.

Seems to be a general issue with Natis site. Looke like theyre using some dated GeoIP database. Some of ours and some client's newer IPs are affected

its interesting I can get on the website intermittently, but it wont let log in when I do.
hopefully its a known issue that will be corrected.

Just reregister your profile on their site (as a "new" user) and the logon will work again. I had the same issue last month when I had to renew my car's license.

What a scht show. Clicked like two links and banned

Yeah eish, luckily it unblocks you after i think 30 min.

Poor mechanics probably using the wrong oil in the clients car because they getting blocked.

Having the same issue with my fibre ISP - works perfectly using mobile data on MTN

Recently had a similar issue with GEOIP blocking on a site WAF implementation.
They had an outdated GeoIP list and was seeing servers of mine as coming from the US instead of the South African IP block it actually belonged to, I had to send Cloudflare an eMail and they said I needed to contact MaxMind to update the IP range (strange enough they don't use their own list, but leverage off MaxMind)

I'm getting this a LOT, while perusing Github using Firefox. Literally I search for something and as I hit search "nope you blocked, too many requests."

Swop to Edge, problem solved.
