Has someone done this.

I have tried everything. I even went to see a dietician ( what a quack). She gave me menu’s that I could have downloaded from the internet.

What I have discovered is that I eat healthy ( If we can believe the Quack) but I guess the portion sizes are wrong (which the dietician didn’t give me any guide lines on) and my I’m full button does not work so I tend to over eat. I have tried smaller portion sizes but then I’m hungry all the time and end up on a pig-out somewhere during the week.

So I think these people are the right ones to try?

Mila, I can recommend Weight Watchers any time. I am now with them and have lost 10kg in 12 weeks. You don't have to weigh your food like you have to do with Weigh Less.
You can also eat anything as it works on a point system. I GUARANTEE that you will reach your goal weight with Weight watchers!

Cool!! Thanx!!

I have been gyming and dieting from september last year and i see no results. I want to be a bit smaller by summer this year!!

I forgot about them.

// google...

+1, my aunt has been doing this for 8 weeks and she has lost 11kg.

Mila, no matter what you do, something is better than nothing / weight watchers / weigh less / etc etc etc,

As long as you constructively burn more calories a day than you consume you will lose weight, don't aim for anything unrealistic, gyming hard / eating right (500 - 800 calorie deficit daily (excluding excercise) can help you lose 0.5 - 1.0 kg a week.

This is so cool!!

I have been patient BT6 but i'm stuck on this weight. i have been training with a trainer and eating sensible.. no sugar no milk only high fiber everythhing no fats..... but nothing so i guess it must be peortion size.....

I have to say when i was in my twenties and before the hormone problems i was one of those skinny girls that could eat and eat and never get fat:o
So yes my idea of a protion is way to big:o

The portions on weigh-less are massive. I think the idea is to fill you so full of salad that you will see a cake/chocolate and feel sick because you can't eat any more...

I'm never too full for cake:o That is an impossible thing to full for malva pud with cream and custard.... no that will never happen:D

But i have to say that 3 months with no sweets puds or cakes has me on the verge of a cake binge:o

I too joined weight watchers, and its fantastic .. you seem to lose between 1 and 2 kilos a week if you stick to it, and the food you can eat is great. Chocolate and cakes arent excluded. Go to their website, its roughly R350 for 2 months if i remember correctly and there are meetings all throughout.

Join Fat Fighters (from Little Britain :D )

Oh yes, and eat dust, dust, dust, dussst. It has zero calories...

Lol, Mila, fair enough, just watch the sugar.

I spent a year off sugar and alcohol, gymmed 5 times a week then it became 3 times a week :P

the results of eating absolutely no sugar for 1 year was incredible....

And now after having gained another 5 kg, i'm going back on the no sugar diet :)

Depends a lot on your metabolism, though.

Sounds interesting... I've just got so much else going on in my life right now that I don't know if I should be starting anything new.

Any more information you could share with us? Did you have to change your eating habits much to fit within your points limit? Is it easy to make lunches to take to work? Does it take a lot of time out of your day to plan your meals? That kind of thing :)

Mila, I have used weigh-less and these guys....

http://www.tlcwellness.org/weightloss.php
http://www.tlcretail.com/site/awdep.asp?depnum=23095

they both worked great! I am sure weight watchers also works well.

You need to use these guys in combination with a very aerobic exercise program and a resolution to cut down on the carbs and cut out ALL the sugar!

Good luck!

If you are on discovery, make sure you get the points/discount for joining weigh-less and also activate your healthy food benefit to get discount on the good foods as well!

weigh-less works, my sister has been following the program for 3 months and she has already lost 8KG
