Weigh-less

This week:
BF: -0.6
Mila:-0.4

One month total

BF 2.6KG
Mila 1 kg.

Not much for me but BF is happy.

Today I started jogging again after 2 months of no exercise at all, I have also gained some weight during the past 2 months and I wanna get rid of it. So as of today I'm gonna jog a least 3/4 times a week. I'm also gonna start eating healthily, fruits and veggies. But work is a bit hectic for these days and I knock off late and get to my place at around 8pm on average from work, so I have little time to cook and I think buying one of those mixed fruit or veggie packs from Woolworths and eating them for supper is the way to go, it's better than buying take aways. I'm just wondering, is there a breakfast meal that I can eat that does not take long at all to prepare and one that doesn't involve adding milk in order to eat? i.e. cereals. I don't wanna eat cereals anymore because milk makes me fart during the day (I'm lactose intolerant, and soy milk makes little difference) :o. I don't like preparing Oats for example because you have to cook it first which I don't want to do in the morning.

Bf is allowed one slice of woollies High/low? ( the healthy one ) toast with marmite or Bovril for breakfast. You are allowed to have 250ml milk with that but i skip that, like you I am lactose intolerant. ( try the new easygest lactose free milk from parmalat its not soya) I find that i can eat yogurt. So i sometimes replace the milk with woollies fat free yogurt. Then we have one fruit for a snack and then we do the veggie lunch. Or we have Pronutro for breakfast. It takes the least milk. 40g Pronutro for BF.

Hooray miss Mila :)

Instead of saying how much you lost, won't it be more comparable if you state the % you lost as it's easier for a heavier person to lose more kgs than a smaller person, but not always the same % of total weight.

In other news ... I haven't been to gym in well over a month now, which suits me fine though since I'm surfing an hour after work every evening and about 4hrs over the weekend. I think I should go weigh myself at gym tonight...

I'll try.:p

I have been running around like a hooligan and also have not been to the gym :( And BF losing so much weight with out gyming has an excuse to go every evening and me being me will always say yes and we never go. :o
One of the bad things of working together.
