Weigh-less

PS: I knew i was going to hate doing this :(

Thing is none of these things is really sustainable (IMHO of course).
Who wants to be counting calories / points / weighing every single thing you eat for the rest of your life
?

One can either diet or be happy ... not both at the same time

The word 'diet' is associated with a temporary thing.

If you change your lifestyle and eating habits for good .. voila !

I think you should be skinny in order to work for Weight Less.

They sell an ideal and the employee should be the personification of that ideal.
I agree it's like promoting anti wrinkle cream while looking like an old leather bag:D

That is the aim. Like the lady said once i know what size portion i should eat you do not need a scale. Yes some of my food choices are not the best but we are 85% on the right food. Its just me and my wrong portion sizes. ( I used to eat like a horse. No person I knew could eat more than I did and I stayed skinny)

So we are adopting healthy portion sizes and habits.:D

See my headache better now my attitude is where it should be too
:D

4 sure .. I've just never come across anyone who has managed this on a weigh-less type story (I'm sure there are some super-anally-retentive-auditor-types out there who have - but I tend to avoid them :))

I mean you need to motivate the people...

I think my headache made me a bit too negative:( I have stuck to it today so when the headache lifts i'll feel better about it.

Mila, if its any kind of motivation, I joined Weigh-Less in 2001 and lost 30kg's in nine months. Was even Weighless man of the year runner-up in 2002. Today 8 years later, I have only put on 5kg's of what I lost back then, and I am quite comfortable with my weight right now. So, with a bit of dedication and changing of eating habits, it really does work. In fact, I ate more on Weigh-less than ever before and the weight just kept on coming down. Good luck

Did you exercise ?

Oke so 1.5 weeks gone. I feel much better about it. I did not lose anything but BF lost 1 kg.

I just have too say I can not eat the amounts of food they want me too. Either i eat the all the vegg or i eat some of the vegg and the other stuff. But I try.

Still good going Mila ... I seriously need to get a structured diet plan going. At the moment I'm eating once a day - supper. Which is not good for me :/

I think i'm cheating this weekend and making cheesy bacon pasta.
Too make myself feel better i'll make a big green salad to go with it:D

I like this because it shows me portion sizes and i can eat lots of fruit!!!:D

Have you tried eating 6 x meals per day Mila ?

That is what Weigh less is about. And telling you what the right portion sizes should be.:o

I just do that by myself! Not going enrich some business to tell me what I already know, but I guess the issue is the whole support structure :)

Sounds like some very overweight people I know. They eat KFC almost every night and then to make themselves feel better, they order KFC salad with their KFC buger meal.

Mine problem was I did not know portion sizes and how much of what too eat. I went to the dietician and she told me nothing worthwhile, So we decided to give weigh-less a shot. Like i have said before i was this skinny person that could eat like a horse and stay skinny. Then the thyroid blabla and now i have to eat like a normal person but I did not know how:o I just needed the guidance to portion sizes and things. I grew up in a house with these big eating skinny people, yes my mother is a health freak, we never got fat but you take that for granted if you live with them, you eat what you get, then you leave home and get poor and eat bread and survive.I did not have healthy eating habits when i lived on my own!( I was also making BF fat:( and that is not nice since i want him around for a long time.)

No no my pasta is not that unhealthy!!! And the green salad is to fill me up so i do not eat 2 bowls of pasta just one and one bowl salad. And if i want more I eat salad not pasta... but it takes will power because two years ago i could eat all the pasta myself no consequences

But i get what you say, they go to Mcydees and order everything supersize it and ask for diet soda:D

Two weeks:

BF 1.6
Mila .6

Not much for me but great for bf.

Ps: I did not have the cheesy bacon pasta. I just made seafood pasta with veg and salad.

This week BF: -0.6 KG
Mila : 0

But it's oke because it was the BF's birthday and we had cake and pizza and loads of cheat stuff, so not a bad result for two days of horrible cheating.
