Hi
Getting inspired by the Weight Loss thread, I decided I also wanted to get on board.
I am starting this tread to help keeping me motivated and to reach my goals, by giving period updates on my progress.
So with out further delay, here we go.
Goals:
Stats:
Started on the 4th of September to change my diet, i.e. starting weight of 96 kg.
For the body fat value, I went to a Biokineticist on the 17th of September to have it measured. She used those tweezers to measure and calculate my BF %. However, I don't think they are very accurate, and judging from the pictures below, I would estimate my BF % to be around 15 - 16%. I also have to mention, my weight reading that morning was 94 kg

*****Update: 1 November 2013****
Weight: 89.9 kg
Little bit up from last month, but nothing serious.
Depending on the light source, I can start seeing outlines of abs - huzzha! But obviously still have to lose more BF to actually have them shown in fully bright light
Also making progressive gains with the workout at the gym - so happiness there!
*****Update: 29 November 2013****
Weight: 90 kg
Ok, so weight fluctuated throughout the month, but I think that is mostly due to water weight - I was at one point 89.2 kg in November. Been taken in some more carbs, so glycogen stores in muscles probably went up, which means water retention went up.
Although, good news, went to see Bio yesterday to measure BF. At 12% now (10% according to the scale she is using), so I lost a kilo of BF from last I did a measurement.
Pics below - was lus to put in a cheat pic, flexing some back muscles.
