Any recommendations for sauces/condiments that are in line with LCHF?

Vague question, as googoo says.. for what exactly?

I find I don't use many condiments at all, given that most things I eat now are cooked from scratch it's easy to create something that doesn't need additional flavoring.

I've never really been a fan of sauces so maybe its just easier for me but I don't really put anything except pink salt and the occasional balsamic vinegar on my food.

Is it really that bad though if it's 2g of carbs per sausage?

Eskort Gold Medal Pork Sausages

I'm not a big fan of Eskort but that doesn't seem too bad, and the ones I usually see are a bit higher. Also, I try to keep my carbs to under 20g/day, so if you're in the 50g-100g / day, I'm sure it'll be okay. I prefer to get my carbs from spinach or broccoli.

It's advisable to avoid processed meats, this includes pork sausage. It's unlikely to break ketosis but you just don't know what's in there - and probably wouldn't want to know.

With steak I always do a garlic/butter sauce, or guacamole on the side (try this).

With stir fry I use a bit of soy sauce, coconut oil, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, and chili. Soy sauce is arguably a problem, but it's difficult to pull off a decent stir fry without it.

With brocolli / cauli / spinach I typically add cream, butter, cheese, or bacon, or all of these! :D

What?? Stir fry??? Are you using old veggies that they need sauce?? Dude its delicious just with some salt

I find that I am more hungry after eating stir fry than not.

Anyway, working at the new client offices where we do not have free vending machines (like we have at HQ) helps a lot. Also the better hours allowing you to eat at regular times and be at home to prepare food instead of take away :)

Awesome :) Will definitely be using a few of those techniques!
