Weight Loss Thread 2014

So my foot has been off the pedal for a while already. Bought another scale recently and weighed. I was like :wtf: I hit 90.8. Just the motivation I needed. Gonna hit my target and go passed it. Schweeet! Good luck Peeples!
 
I went for my first morning jog...yoh that was definitely not an easy task, but im glad I managed.

So the scale this am shows 50.5. Definitely pleased that I managed to stave off my normal festive season excesses.

Got up early for a run but it's frigging drizzling! :mad:
 
So over the holidays I decided to get my ass in gear and today I started with my keto diet. Tonight I fry up some pork chops in coconut oil and some Southern Comfort.

I need to lose 25KG to get to my ideal weight of 90KG.

This morning I took my multivitamins and tonight I will take my Magnesium to keep my minerals and salts up. I am worrying about my potassium levels and if I start to feel the effects of lack of K then I will go out and buy some.
 
Lost 3.5kg and 5.5cm on the waistline since the start of December, currently at 92kg and 100cm waist.LCHF diet...missing bread though.
