Still building up the motivation to get back to gym after 1.5 months :(

The last month of constant partying has left its toll :p

Picked up weight after one week of eating/drinking and not exercising :o

Started again today :)

I think I will take a picture of the "before" me like now. Do we upload here or is there a new email to send to?

One of these days bio will actually start

Went from 107 to 89 four years ago in three months. Unfortunately stress and depression caused me to get it all back.

So I know I can do it. Just getting the timing right ...

:p

ok I got myself a food diary. I'll record what I eat in there and how I feel and hopefully it will help identify problem foods. I started being healthy again today.

But I just ate a biscuit

Mmm cheese

Had lamb ribs with roasted veg for dinner.

Only bad thing I had today was a croissant, sigh. Getting off breads is difficult :-(

Will try again tomorrow :o

OMG I'm bouncing around like a little kid! Finally stumbled upon a source of grass-fed organic lard, beef & lamb tallow, and duck fat!

Can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Melfort is South Africa's leading producer of artisanal Lard, Beef and Lamb Tallow and Duck Fat.

We use traditional, tried-and-tested production methods that have been handed down through three generations. We use only the finest quality raw materials which we meticulously select and process.

At Melfort we open-kettle render our product, at the lowest possible temperatures to produce the finest and purest oils. This is a long and slow process but it produces the highest quality product. After rendering we have a beautiful golden oil that solidifies when cooled in the jars to the creamy white animal fat, the consistency of butter. These are the best cooking oils for a Palaeolithic diet with high levels of CLA and optimal ratios of Omega 3 : Omega 6 essential fatty acids.
