count me in... I have a R1000 bet with a friend to lose 8kgs before 1st April.

I don't own a scale (apart from a 5kg kitchen scale, which says ERR when I climb on :P).

Dropped from 108 to 96 during the last few months of 2013.

Holidays messed me up so I'm up to 102.

I want to join the challenge on the 6th January.

Still getting "unofficial" readings on scale.

Put on 2 kgs over the festive period. I don't know whether it was the pizza, the trifle, the chocolate pudding, the garlic bread, the French toast or one of the hundred other things I ate that contributed :o:D. I'll be starting at 63kg this year.
 
OMG, I started weights again today for first time since my operation in October. Since the op all I did was cycle but today I gave it a go and I'm done for. :o I'm so not looking forward to the hurt tomorrow
 
I had my last chocolate for the month. What diet plans are you guys following?

I'm gonna try road run tomorrow morning...havent done it before, so it might be nice just to get my body ready :D :D
