Weight Loss Thread 2014

That there is only 1 slice of tomato in relation to there being 2 slices of cucumber would drive me insane ..... it's uneven! Lol :D That mash looks nom though, gotta try some soon.

I had this ...... no green so it looks dull but it wasn't at all, heh. The mushroom was huuuuuuuuuuge.

Breakfast scrambled eggs
Lunch n/a nothing
Dinner half steak, 2 fried eggs and 6 spring rolls.

Still under calorie and carbs in order

Before I even read your comment, all I could think was 'holy ****, that's a massive mushroom!'.

dude, before I grilled it and it shrank, I could put the whole roast chicken in the thing ..... no bs, it was that big

Lol you wouldn't believe how low in carbs and calories they are when cooked in the air fryer. Sure wouldn't eat it everyday but some variety was nice.

If this wasn't the case I wouldn't have had them.

Breakfast: haddok and cheese omelet, with mixed herbs, lunch is gonna be rib eye steak with brocolli and cheese sauce.

Im not sure if Im losing water mass but after 2 days of LCHF I have lost 2kg's
That is quite a big deal for me because 2 months of typical athletes diet, heavy training and a triathlon resulted in me gaining 1kg.

That type of training will lead to muscle building. So don't panic about the weight. Focus more on fat percentage and waist size.

Out of interest. I did an experiment yesterday to see what effect exercise has on weight measurement. I weighed myself. Went for a 10km run. Weighed in again. "Lost" 1kg due to water loss. Logically I regained it after rehydrating myself.

Can anyone maybe suggest a specific model Omron scale?
I have a cheapie that I'm not sure is very accurate but I see omron has some fancy looking things

The scale means nothing. Nor does weighing yourself everyday. Your weight can fluctuate just based on hydration up to 2kg.

Body fat % decrease should be the goal. As that is pure fat loss. Losing lean mass along with fat is pointless imho.
