Weight Loss Thread 2014

I'm trying to loose some weight and I'm eating very strictly and exercise at least 4 times a week for about 5weeks now, but i'm getting bad cravings and struggling to find an alternative drink, that doesn't have lots of sugars or sodium that is actually healthy? I'm not talking alcohol, just a good flavored drink like a fuzzy drink. I'm fine with water and I drink atleast 2.5l a day and I'm getting cravings just to go buy a 500ml Coke and down it, but flushing a weeks hard work down the drain doesn't make it worth it.
What are you guys drinking? Is Appeltizer good? Any suggestions?

Stay away from appeltizer, woolies have sugar free flavored sparking mineral waters which are okay

Are you taking cheat days often? Chances are that the cravings are going away slowly, then cheat days are bringing the cravings back into focus.

Yes I have cheat days but only every 10 days, and I was advised not to go overboard and eat like 8 pizzas and drink 12 litres of coke. So I only stick to the stuff that says lite, diet, sugar free or zero. but other people sy those are just a bad if not worse.

Half an onion and about 50g cheese, fine grated. The onion was raw this time round, I love that flavor :)

Think I'll try this with caramelised onion and cheese with the next loaf I make. The bread itself lacks a bit of flavour.
