OK I have gone through the real meal revolution book and understand now why Banting works, just need a few more tips on how to do it properly
1 - Would this be ok for a day, will just mix it up each day with recipes, ideas from the book and such:
Breakfast - Coffee with full fat mailk, no sugar. Scrambled/fried eggs (Friend in unsalted butter), couple strips of bacon done the same way, Either a piece of fried tomato or some fried mushrooms.
Lunch - 1 or 2 pieces fried chicken, half an avo (With lemon and ground pepper) and some onion.
Supper - Pork Chop, Brocolli and cauliflower all covered in a cheese sauce (Full cream, cheddar cheese)
With regards to the above, can I go Breakfast at say 7am, than a protein shake with creatine in at 11, Lunch at 13:00 than another shake at 16:00 with creatine in. Want to lose weight but also want to mantain my current muscle. Will be gymming 5 days a week.
