A thin base pizza can actually keep you under the limit, if you're gonna cheat with anything pizza is the way to go...

Never thought of that.

Maybe peeps can put a list of take-aways that are suitable when we are lazy to cook.

How bad are fries?

Of all the sacrifices, fries is one I find impossible to consistently make. Probably explains my lack of progress re weight loss...

Same here, decided to pig out on a chocalate muffin over the weekend, it tasted bland and made me ill..all that sugar, yech!

Was it cheat weekend for everybody?

I also had a slice of lemon meringue on Friday evening. Yes it was nice(mostly the zesty part) but I only got halfway when become just too sweet for me and I abandoned the sinful adventure.

Pizza on Friday
2 cupcakes and 2 doughnuts on Saturday at a kids party. Felt sick afterwards

It must have been that winter solstice. All that darkness makes us hungry! :P
 
Guys. These days my appetite is very poor. Lost about 4 kg and 3cm.
Is this normal? Can I just skip meals completely and not worry.
Also with the fasting month coming up for me I hope this trend persists.
 
According to the info I've read it is said that eating twice a day should suffice and that you shouldn't eat unless you are actually hungry (i.e. don't eat 3 meals a day out of habit). I personally have had a mixture of days where I've eaten twice and other days where I'm hungry in the middle of the day and haven't been unable to pickup where the differences stem from (i.e. similar food eaten).
