IF'ing atm.

btw what makes sourdough bread so special?

It has a tang which makes it unique, also there's no added yeast I think, the yeast comes from the flour itself. If you mean as it pertains to 'health foods', it's because there are nutrients in it which aid the digestion of the starch.

Today's Calory Intake : 2500. A bit more than I wanted, but was starving at lunch...

30 minute cycle (on bike with no resistance - had to stop due to my ankle giving out - should be fixed in 3 - 4 months).

you don't have to worry about your calorie intake if you're eating the right food

Must say I agree for once - I don't approve of calorie counting. I don't like numbers in general :p

Of course you do.

Although it would be very hard to eat too many "healthy" calories. You could still eat way too much.

I find it very useful to track calorie intake, and every week - compare loss with calorie deficit.

Well I'm sure I'll burn some extra calories if I have to keep track of them all day...
If it works for you then go for it. Personally, it would just make me tired.

tracking calorie intake is a waste of time and totally unnecessary as has been highlighted in numerous posts in this thread by myself and others
