Yeah - lack of any loss on the scales has knocked me a bit motivation wise - and BF measurement on scale doesn't show drop - but think I need a better measurement process as my scale seems to be really crap.

How are you working on your tummy tyre? Still having a hard time getting mine down.
It's inevitable that your weight and BF will plateau for a while, as your body starts adjusting to its new composition.
Get a measuring tape and start tracking measurements as well - you'll probably see differences in waist size even as your weight stays the same.
Just keep the faith and stick with the plan - you will start losing again!
Its crazy my "body fat" feels like it fluctuates wildly - one day I'll look in the mirror and look ripped - then another day I'll look huge.
Think it has something to do with water - I generally look bigger at night.
I'm lifting fairly hard so battling to tell if my muscles are getting bigger or my fat is reducing
Scale hasn't shifted from 22% BF - I guess best measurement will be photos.
Just got back to an exercise regime of sorts. Run 5km and walk 5. 50 pull-ups and an extra 10 for everytime I pass my bedroom door
Need to strengthen my core a little bit more
I have decided to join, and will post progress.
Many moons ago I weighed 83kg. Was extremely fit, then slowly picked up weight.
Last year I was in a serious motorcycle accident. I still can't walk, but over the past 11 months I have ballooned like a whale.
I can at least excercise now on a stationary bicycle. Will post updates...

50 Pull Ups :wtf:
What grip are you using? Careful you dont overwork yourself with that many
How many can you do in a single set?
I also do a few each time I pass my door but do narrow underhand grip to target biceps and some lats.
Then benching 60kg 3 x 8
Deadlift 60kg 1 x 5
10 min abs
I only have 60kgs worth of weights lol - should buy more
My usual set is 15-20-15. 1-2 minute breaks in-between. Wide over-hand. Is that a lotDo these more often as are helping with my back.
Using this grip I bought at Sportsmans Warehouse for R350. Accommodates for the arm-straps when you want to do stomach crunches as well.
No weights at my place. Not a big fan of them honestly.
How are you working your abs? Stomach crunches?
How can you not like weightsin essence thats what you're using when you do a pull up, you're lifting a "weight".
That is a fairly high amount for pull ups but also depends on how you do them - I extend my arms fully down till in a lock position - then lift fully - repeat. I can only manage 3 sets of 7.
I suck at wide grip should actually do them for upper back
Abs: leg lifts/reverse crunches/ bicycle crunches etc etc.
