Weight loss

I'm on my way back and now that Everest is over I'm on a mission, lucky for you lot I'm not in the comp :D

On the good news side, my roll has all but disappeared in front, although I still dont like my look in the mirror,think I figured it out though, I am losing lots of internal fat (Visceral) but surface fat (subcuteneous) still causes me to look frumpy.

Hence I can feel my abdominals pronouncedly under my skin but still look like crap :D

It's just too easy to loose focus when you've lost focus :D

I am amending my diet slightly and have now included an exercise to target my tummy directly. Nfi if it will work but I just can't think of anything else atm.

I'm getting to the same point now.
Loosing weight at a consistent rate but just can't loose the spare tyre around the waste.
Stomach has continued to drop and the tyre has reduced in size drastically but not enough to make me happy.

Won't get rid of fat, will make your abs harder
 
There is a saying, Abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym, if you arent sub 15% body fat you will not have abs, some people don't have till sub 10%

Might have been asked before but what's your reasoning for doing this?

Its a refeed, when you're on an ultra low carb diet, a carb refeed replensishes glycogen stores and kicks your bodies metabolism etc into high gear.

Thats in simple terms anyway.
