There is a saying, Abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym, if you arent sub 15% body fat you will not have abs, some people don't have till sub 10%

I'm wondering how far below 10 I'm going to have to go :(

At your BF you really should have decent defenition, I reckon you also need to take the advice I gave Shuan,
Plus weight are a great motivator when you're heart sore - and helps you sleep, and brings your appetite back.
 
Its a refeed, when you're on an ultra low carb diet, a carb refeed replensishes glycogen stores and kicks your bodies metabolism etc into high gear.

Thats in simple terms anyway.

Why dafaq would you want to replenish your stores of evil?

Well, when you're low carbing you're not hypocalorie, for a start. Your metabolism doesn't slow down, and you don't get the intense hunger either...?

All the facts on that page talk about dieting being stressful - ie, deprivation. Proper low-carbing doesn't have any of that.

I don't follow this, Its just some of the theory behind it, I'm sure Mister knows his stuff.

I personally eat what I want in moderation with lotsa protein. I call it the DrewChan diet, it seems to be working. My arms are looking awesome :D

You will understand when you get down to my bodyfat levels... Carry on with what you are doing, but keep an open mind for possible solutions when you plateau.

That test was so bad...
If I fail I'm eating a whole ******* chocolate cake.
If I pass I'm eating 5 whole ******* chocolate cakes. Not any chocolate cake - ******* chocolate cake :mad:
Either way I think I should start drinking just for good measure.
And to make things worse I saw a girl with a french manicure and a mullet :cry::cry::cry: It was curly on top :cry:
