I tried eating healthy - worst 2 days of my life
Had a full check up recently tho, so all cylinders still running fine at 30. i've also gained 15 kgs over 2 months because i'm constantly hungry - i got to the bulking part of the weight gaining exercise regime and didn't stop :twisted:

Define healthy?
If you're not feeling satiated there's possibly something wrong with your choice of intake.
1 - you double posted showing desperation
2 - it costs money
3 - you're being persistant.
4 - you use buzz phrases like "serious about fat" assuming that people here "aren't"
satiated? that's a word?!?
i feel fine, a bit old and not as invincible as i used to be, but that is more from my paintball knocks and carrying around a 20kg kid all the time![]()

If you're constantly feeling hungry then you're not satiated, this could be caused by what you are eating that is not triggering the satiation chemical response.

a loaf of bread makes me feel full, so i normally buy that. some days i'm too busy to think of food. i also eat 3 packets of noodles at a time![]()
