Weight loss

What do you guys have for snacks? Not a fruit kinda guy.

Try veggies :p Like cherry tomatoes, sugar snaps, carrots...
I also used to have a bit of tuna or some grilled chicken as a snack which kept me full for longer.

There is pretty insane theory for diets, where if you where going to eat a 300g steak/chicken or whatever for lunch for example, cut it up into 2cm cubes and snack on it every 1-2 hours. Apparently works wonders...only problem is when you quickly adjust your diet like this from eating 3 meals to 7/8 as a lot of these things tell us to, you might cause yourself to becom a diabetic

Well potentially you can scare the living daylights out of the scale and get a better reading :D

Good point :D I have a glass scale though... I will probably cut my feet off if I jump on it...
I wonder how much my feet weigh :erm:

I can create a new section on original post called "Followers" and add your stats if you want.

I tried eating healthy - worst 2 days of my life :p

Had a full check up recently tho, so all cylinders still running fine at 30. i've also gained 15 kgs over 2 months because i'm constantly hungry - i got to the bulking part of the weight gaining exercise regime and didn't stop

i may look like a fattie now tho :p

Define healthy?

If you're not feeling satiated there's possibly something wrong with your choice of intake.

Not meaning to derail the thread, but how is pointing u guys in a helpful direction spamming? If u guys want to get serious about fat loss then serious measures are required.

1 - you double posted showing desperation
2 - it costs money
3 - you're being persistant.
4 - you use buzz phrases like "serious about fat" assuming that people here "aren't"

The double posts could be because the forum is borked, it's happening all over the place

If you're constantly feeling hungry then you're not satiated, this could be caused by what you are eating that is not triggering the satiation chemical response.

a loaf of bread makes me feel full, so i normally buy that. some days i'm too busy to think of food. i also eat 3 packets of noodles at a time

I think there might be something wrong with you.....
I was super hungry all the time like I could kill for food - not lus - HUNGRY! Then I went to the dr and did tests and everything was fine. Went to another dr who told me what to eat and my life hasn't been controlled by food since then. I do still love food and definitely eat more yummies than I should but the extreme hunger is gone as well as most cravings I used to get.

Tip number 1. Stop eating bread
