Whats wrong with toast?
A lot of it is discussing things and motivating each other, not sad - inspiring
what don't you understand about carbs?
and if your smoothies are fruit smoothies you're loading yourself with fructose

Fruits are basically natures sweets - incredibly high in fructose. (Fruit Sugar)
They can be "healthy" so the odd banana for potassium or orange for vitiman C is good.
But don't use as a "filler"
The toast sandwich are the only carbs I have at all on a daily.
Smoothie is Banana,Yogurt,Milk and Muesli. Nothing else.
2) Everything shifts around a lot more - your fat becomes more "mobile"
So for a while you actually feel fatter.

Yeah your body doesn't like getting rid of fat cells so it fills them up with water for a while in case they're needed again. When you lose a bit more it then ditches them and flushes that water, and you'll see a significant weight drop almost overnight![]()
When I was at Fruit and Veg a couple of weeks back they had bags of pitted dates for only R12 each..almost finished my stash, so hope they still have them.I eat a few dates when I'm craving something sweet. Haven't had chocolate in 3 weeks.
tried some Lindt 85% yday, it was not the easiest eat![]()
Not a filler. Something different. Drink 1litre of water and the smoothie is a "healthier" option compared to the other stuff available.
Black coffee alright?
no, I love the stuff, give it time though, it can be a tad bitter at first
/sigh
Yes, black coffee is fine depending on how much sugar you put in
