Weight loss

Actually another run with the dog wont hurt :D

I walk my one dog every morning, we go on a 4km walk and he sets the pace (around 40 minutes depending how many tree stops we have). I can't run because I get shin splints, probably because I'm just too fat.
I did though have an awesome squash session this evening, played 8 sets total 50 minutes, though I'm hobbling around the house at the moment

I haven't been to gym this week. I just felt too exhausted. Last week of the month drains me at work. At least I kept the diet clean so that's got to count for something

Don't stress it. The diet counts way more than the exercise.

I'm going to fast today. It's my birthday tomorrow and there's a cake with my name on it lol...

Although you loosers (lol - I hope everyone in this thread is one) decided not to acknowledge my success starting from May I have now dropped (from 19/08) to 78.8kg (another 2kg)

Still going strong with a mix of spinning/running in the morning, a whey-milk shake (ON whey - 60g chocolate-mint flavour with milk) as breakfast and regular meals during the day (capping intake at 3000kj per day and not exceeding carbs beyond 50g/day). The only supplements I take now are either glutamine or creatine powder as part of my morning shake and vitamins. The jelly-tummy-transformation is however challenging.

Everyone deserves a whole cake for their birthday :D

You might still have the tummy due to SUCH a low cap - a 3000kj cap is under 1000 calories. In terms of food you are basically starving yourself - so you could be cannabilising lean muscle (Hence the thinner but floppy look)

However it is a huge drop in weight well done on sticking to it.
