Ok I will start some serious exercise next week. I must just install my pull up bar properly because last time I tried I fell on my ass![]()
Don't do next week, what you can do tonight ^_^

Actually another run with the dog wont hurt![]()
I haven't been to gym this week. I just felt too exhausted. Last week of the month drains me at work. At least I kept the diet clean so that's got to count for something
I'm going to fast today. It's my birthday tomorrow and there's a cake with my name on it lol...
Hopefully that's not a whole cake!
And Happy Birthday for tomorrow![]()
Everyone deserves a whole cake for their birthday

Happy Birthday for tomorrow mister![]()
Although you loosers (lol - I hope everyone in this thread is one) decided not to acknowledge my success starting from May I have now dropped (from 19/08) to 78.8kg (another 2kg)
Still going strong with a mix of spinning/running in the morning, a whey-milk shake (ON whey - 60g chocolate-mint flavour with milk) as breakfast and regular meals during the day (capping intake at 3000kj per day and not exceeding carbs beyond 50g/day). The only supplements I take now are either glutamine or creatine powder as part of my morning shake and vitamins. The jelly-tummy-transformation is however challenging.

Happy birthday - you don't have to feel guilty about eating your heart out on your bday
