drinking without sugar now. got used to it pretty quick. even do it at home now.
I've never had tea with sugar or milk... Unless you drinking Joko or something but that doesn't count...
Honeybush is naturally sweeter than other teas so you don't need sugar![]()
Its not the tea, its what you putting in it.
15 teaspoons of sugar a day is more than I have in a month...ok even one a day is more than I have in a month but that is crazy
I realise its the sugar - hence the mention - add to that another 2 spoons twice a day in my wheetbix and about 5 spoons a day extra (1 spoon in each of my cups of coffee)
24 spoons on a bad day lol that is quite a bit
Not to mention the sugar you are indirectly getting from some food
how long did it take? I'm probably on about 12 - 15 spoons/day. Strangely enough with coffee I don't stick to a constant. I chop and change, bitter, 1 sugar, 2 sugars but never three.15 teaspoons a day?! Crazeeeeee! I went cold turkey on sugar about 10 years ago, and I don't miss it. It really doesn't take long to adjust, and now I taste something with sugar and it's just too disgusting for me to drink.
We've missed you![]()
