Go with it. Loss of appetite is a normal reaction to stress. You'll get hungry soon enough, don't stress yourself more by forcing yourself into anything.

your body carries enough reserves to get through about 21 days, so it can take care of itself, your body will be awash with stress induced hormones right now that will be overriding your normal body functions, but don't add more stress by stressing about how you're stressing
