Weight loss

I think it's time to start influencing my Christmas present :p

Which one are you going for? I've got the fresh meals solution, compared to most of the others it's a lot cheaper, even if it doesn't have some of the perks.

I'd have to do some checking again, I looked at the idea about 18 months ago but the prices put me off

For interest here's how I make my full fat coffee

Two tablespoons butter and 2 coconut oil melted in microwave, add 2 tablespoons cream (for me this is optional) 1 cup freshly ground coffee

Whisk

Enjoy

I hope that coffee tastes better than it looks...

Will have to make it and see but I probably won't like it :erm:

If it was coffee with condensed milk in... then we'd be talking

With your IBS you should probably give it a miss

Did you start off with 2 tablespoons ? And does it have to be whisked? Someone in this house will murder me if they hear the blender so early in the morning.

Oi! What happened to 'coffee must be black':p

I generally don't ease into things, so yep I went straight in at 2 :D

if you don't whisk it you'll just have a layer of melted butter and coconut oil sitting on top of the coffee, not sure how palatable that would be :p

yummmy, I'm going to up the coconut oil & butter in mine as soon as my new stock of oil arrives :)

lol... I am considerate enough not to use the blender at 5am, so I just stir my first cup of the day. Honestly I am too asleep and groggy to give a rat's ass how the caffeine & MCTs get into my system!
