Salad with chicken, bacon, ham and cheese for supper... Not bad

No idea, just did a Discovery Health Check and noticed then that one of the results said that my cholesterol "is high" and should be less 5 mmol/l. It was measured via a handheld device (no idea how it measures it and if those devices need to be calibrated or are as accurate as a lab test). I am not too stressed about it, but was just surprised that this was the only reading which was out (aside from the fact, that Discovery believes that my 79kg @ 1,76cm is still too fat and I need to shed another 6kg which is a PITA).
Oh those are pretty useless
The vitality thing is indeed a pita. I am the same height as you. My lean mass is 72 kg. I'll never meet their standards.
Tonight is lamb chops with roasted parmesan cauliflower and a biltong salad with tomato and garlic vinaigrette...
Where did those stats come from? Because 12/40 does not equal 4%...
Are you a chef?
Are you a chef?
My vitality check just said I don't exercise enough... The rest was all good. They're probably going to use the not enough exercise as an excuse not to give me lots of points...
No they don't. The points are based purely on the tests.
Its Discovery we're talking about....
And you do get more points depending on how good your results are
Yes, I mean the real tests. Not the questions about how much you exercise.
Well then they shouldn't as those questions...
I just need another 11k points to move to bronze status :erm:
