I've only heard stricken and down with the sickness live and didn't enjoy it too much - will have to watch some stuff before I can decide because the recording quality on live stuff doesn't usually match the visuals...

Well mine was a pretty tall order - losing 11% BF means 8-9kgs of pure fat loss. 2 month progess photo in a few days - taking 1 pic each month that passes
