Sometimes the simplest things are the most delicious!

Tinned sardine (brined, washed), tinned smoked oysters - flash fried in butter with garlic and lemon. Chucked in some capers, mint, coriander and finished with white truffle oil.

Damn, was good!

I wouldn't concern myself with science behind this thinking, his starting weight was around 60kg, at that weight he could the whole of debonairs, steers and kfc for dessert and still won't be fat.

Sorry for being a little absent lately,

Have people down for 2 weeks, with + exams etc.

Diets gone to hell, fast food that last 5 days running. N its just gonna get worse. Gonna have to try get a handle on these events

What a load of bull****. It's a lot easier to lose fat at the body fat percentage level you were at. I'd love to see you battle it out moving from 17% down to 12%

Had a leaking pipe fixed on Wednesday. Heard it leaking again today so dug it up to see whether it was the repair leaking or a new hole. Hard, muddy work.
 
Good news, I had my scale set wrong, I had it on "female" changed to male and aparently im 16% bodyfat now lol. Although gained 1.5kg due to junk food in the last 2 weeks of exams. Bleak yo

That still doesn't explain your limp wrist though :p

Bought a new scale this weekend. Nfi how accurate it is but it gives water weight, muscle percentage and some other cr@p.

According to the new one I weigh 51.7. Can't remember the other stats.

Last week has been off routine especially with meal plans so no surprise there.
