Weird billing on MTN

I've tried contacting MTN SP support on this query, but have been told that current turnaround on support calls is 25 (!) days.

Since there are plenty of MTN experts on this forum, I'm hoping someone can help with this query. Inspecting a bill recently received after roaming in Australia (on an iPhone, on which I stupidly didn't disable push notifications) I found some bizarre lines, such as these:

DATE TIME DURATION DIALLED NO CHARGE
03/09/2009 05:36:51 2309:39:21 mnc 010 .mcc655.g 1069.25

Now, I might be going mad, but I'm pretty sure I wasn't on the phone for 96 days on the 3 September. So what do the durations and dialled number actually indicate? Was quite a shock to get a bill for a few grand when all I was using it for was to receive email while abroad.

Data overseas is rediculously expensive, upto R187 per MB on some networks. It could very well be the data charges coming through.

I'm sure it's to do with the data, but I was hoping that someone from MTN could explain exactly what it means. The duration makes no sense; it's categorised under roaming calls, the number looks more like some sort of protocol, and obviously the figure being charged each time is pretty scary.

Like I said in the earlier post, I'd ask the support desk but I can't wait 5 weeks for an answer.

I'm also keen to know what the numbers mean. As I read mine, I was on the web for 6days in the UK. I queried, but was told 'the bill is correct'. I am not going to leaver it there, as the sim was not even in my phone until the day I left the UK - I have a UK PAYG
