Weird Blackberry/Outlook problem

Hi guys

Ive got this weird problem on one of my clients Blackberry setup. We are running a BES server with a exchange 2003 environment.

Basic what is happening is that certain messages are being downloaded to the blackberry device and not showing up in his outlook client.

I initially thought that his outlook wasn't syncing properly, seeing that he is running in cached mode. But even if i set him up in online mode the messages still don't appear in the outlook client.
We have also tried to forward the messages from the device, but then it bounces back with a error message saying that the message is no longer available on the server.

Do you guys have any idea what would cause this?????

We've had this too. Haven't found a solution yet. Driving me mad.

And it seems to me that when the message disappears from the server, if the message went to other people too, they can't see it anymore either.

All of that's conjecture though - I've been having trouble pinning the issue down. Blackberry just seems to be a common factor.

Check to see if Junk Email filtering is on on the email client ie Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2007.
