Weird printing problem from Outlook 2010

Hi Guys,

I'm hoping someone can help me with a really odd problem i'm having. There is a computer that the user needs to print emails to keep a physical copy of for legal reasons. The problem we are having is when we print the first email it works fine, but as soon as you print the second email or any other email after it prints with the logo of the first email, but the body of the email is correct.

I have tried deleting the SecourOutlookTemp folder, repairing the office install and even resetting up the account. Has anyone perhaps come across this problem before?

Hi WB,

You can maybe check the printer properties in Outlook. Or if you use the same printer for all the jobs check what's in the printer list. If all fails then try re-install the printer drivers, although it sounds more of a problem that resides in Outlook. Have you tried to print to the same printer from other computers?
