West Coast Cable ready by May 2010

Some reports on what phase construction is in would be nice - seems like all talk and promises. As you said, she's stepping down, so she has no accountability. Also, having a Communications minister that's over 70 years old doesn't make sense - you need someone who is young enough to at least know what the internet is...
 
Any fiber is good fiber so if this does go ahead and finish on time it will be very good news, not quite as good though as Ivy leaving :D
