When you're a teenager... yeah! If he is still doing that when he is older then I'd worry. THEN it may be that he has a sexual addiction issue and it could cause issues with a normal social life. But teenager hormones are kerazy! How many unwanted boners do teenage boys suffer from? It's "normal". They probably just have to see some boobie flesh or an inner thigh of a girl and then it's sex sex sex.
