Just that this needs to be investigated end to end. This is currently with CC back office as I have explained before and this is being investigated on a network level. Will feedback once I have an answer. I have forwarded it to CC just in case they might want to call you.

Nope, not yet. This account is at R800+ already and I the phone is lying in a drawer at home. It's not even switched on.:mad:

Do you mean your bill is increasing while the phone is lying in the drawer? If thats the case then i would be interested to see what is causing it just incase im a victim one day. Good luck on the matter tho :)

Thats exactly what's happening. I took the phone out of the drawer last night to see if the SIM is in the phone because I don't understand whats going on. The SIM is in the phone and it's not even switched on.

Someone better come with a explination quickly otherwise I'm going to take steps. I mean, at the moment it's my word against MTN's.

If the itimised billing shows no calls (in my case 1 call), how can the amount be that high??

Wait for the network report and then we can take it from there. I have aplained 1 possibilty before and that might just be it.

That one possibility is impossible because we hardly ever use the phone. My wife forget to use the phone. If you go through the account you will see that almost every month all the minutes are carried over. We don't even send SMS's from that phone because both of us have Procall 120 contracts with 500SMS bundle loaded onto it.
