Bellville/Durbanville area. The last two weeks I've had issues on both my phones (two Cell C contracts). Intermediate "Not registered on this network" messages (can't make any calls), bad reception (recipient's voice breaking up in a supposedly good known reception area) and dropped calls.

Try switch to roaming on Vodacom.
