I met this amazing woman a short time back. we went out a couple times and i really love the person i am when im around her:o
Problem is she has her reservations about trusting anything that moves, even though ive always regarded myself as trustworthy, same can be said of anybody thats ever met me. I cant stop thinking bout her, its taking up my days nowadays:( I havent met a woman like this before, always keeping me on my toes this one, its great fun and im super happy whenever i hear her voice or see her (we chat a LOT over the phone:o )
Now she advises me that she's going back to her old boyfriend as she doesnt trust what we could have together, what the hell am i gonna do now, im ,lower than the ground i ssssslither on:(
 
If she goes back to an Old boyfriend..... it's her loss :D

I mean she has burnt her fingers once, if she wants to do it again..... what can we say. Just don't hold out for her man, she will burn her fingers again and by then you have met a new life partner :)

Damn chicks and their ex's :mad:

It's just some puppy love you have going on right there. Give it some time, it will eventually fade away. :)
Then the real thing will develop. Whatever that is.

I'm not gonna say you'll get over it, you'll meet someone else (you will, but that's not what you need to hear right now). So I'll just sympathise and say I know it sucks.

tell her to go and fuk herself... there are many fishes in the sea... and sssssnakepit, that's woman for you, they will always let you down when you at least expected them to...:D

Could you possibly not slander an entire gender just because you've (presumably) had some bad experiences? Otherwise I'm going to have write off 99% of the male gender, based on the guys on this forum...

How about we just treat each other as individuals?
 
Sadest thing is,

Snake is one of the most gentle and caring persons I have ever met. I mean he played the lead in Grease at a school play :D

My apology Cathj. Sorry that it came out that way. Some woman are very messed up. :D how is that?
 
Sounds like she has some serious trust issues...maybe she feels, better the devil you know...

That's totally fair - it certainly sounds like this one is. Snakepit, I know it doesn't really help, but it doesn't sound like it would have been a very healthy relationship :(
 
I was this girl & it took a change within me before I could trust again & give the nice guy a chance for once. Don't take her decisions personally as she might be going through a lot of stuff that will take time to fix.

Hang back & she'll find come find you when she's ready.

Like Hell she would. Once bitten twice shy.

Snake let her go. She does not know what she wants and would do the same to You in future when it is more serious. Some always crawl back to their old ex's. Like a moth to fire. Get active with many chicks and the right one will find you as you would find her. Then she will want to stick to you for YOU and not use you to make the OLD ex jealous or just for a quick fling to find her supposed "way". I do not pity them. If she returns tell her that abusing someone elses trust is not a nice thing to do then send her back to her ex.
 
I just really hate it when people play you like that! Lead you on and when it reaches that point they leave you in the dirt to pick up your own scattered pieces!

It really sssssux when this happens and it crushes a person, but in the long run I think you might just be relieved you got out so early!

A true 'love' won't do this to you! Better off without I say!
