What do you name your computers?

My home box is named "Hell" so I can tell ppl to goto hell. :D.

Laptop is named russlaptop for work and free share of information reasons.
 
I name my PC's after their CPU's, in a way. My baby is called "The6400" (AMD BE) and Linux box is called "Powzer" (A discrete - I think - substitute for my fav part of that lovely coloured saying Jou ma se P...). It got that name cause it's an Intel :p
 
Big Red is the whore in one of Gemmel's books :P and Sparky hmmmm sounds familiar.

Oh Big Red is a also the name of a Wagontrain in a Patrick Tilley series called The Amtrak Wars.

Nope, Big Red was Hellboy's nickname in the Hellboy movie, and Sparky was the nickname of the other character, Liz Sherman.
 
haha, my PC's name is my nick (Pantera)... dunno why, dont really like the band any more, but back in the days when i had just started gaming and IRC decided to use it, and the nick kinda stuck...

mobile - iccarus
notebook - promethius
 
Server = Mission Control
Techies = Tech1
Tech2
Laptop = GAZ mobile
Desktop = GAZ1
Laptop @ home = The Beast

My Brothers PC = DOC Holiday
Dads = (l)user1

The laptop is Silversabre (and it's silver)
My sister named hers BlackBeauty (it's not black)
My dad's pc is Frankenputer (i put it together out of old parts)
i call my pc, currently running vista, "screwit! I'm going back to XP" upon yelling this magical incantation, the error seems to vanish, but it only works if i've been struggling with it for at least 4 hours :P
Other than that, there are some who call it... Tim
 
The PCs on my previous network all had names from Archie comics (don't know who can remember them :o), currently a bit more functional. For example, my server is called "Server" :D
 
My notebook is called Sepulchrave. Somebody had better know where that name comes from or I will sulk.

Old home boxes (firewall etc) are called PEAR, APPLE and GRAPE.
