What do you use to benchmark?

I want to test my new rig, what do you guys use to benchmark gaming rigs?

3D mark (Graphics)
HDTune/IOmeter/ATTO (Disk)
SANDRA (general benchmarking memory etc.)

OK, so I've run 3DMark Vantage on my PC, with Win7 64Bit

Total Score: 19,694
GPU Score: 17,318
CPU Score: 33,478

Is that good?
