They've done well at improving their network coverage and stability -- from a few years ago to today is night and day in my experience, no dropping of calls and full LTE wherever I go.

I think they should make wifi calling enabled on all devices that support wifi calling; not just a select few.

CellC, go back to your old account/invoice/itemised billing system, infoslips doesn't work

Sudden periods of minutes at a time of data throughput stopping completely - they do it well.

1. Extend your network. i still get intermittent reception in Pretoria CBD!!!
2. You used to have quite spectacular deals, Now your deals are borderline the worst.
3. Cheaper Data, R150 vir 1GB date is criminal.

Your customer service has improved, i like the new website as well.

CellC is my phone operator for a very easy reason: their 66c/min package.
The increased out of bundle rates don't affect me given how I delegate all the data traffic though Afrihost Mobile.

They take money well, debit order is never late, they even often overbill.

They could definitely improve their **** network!

The were so amazing at making their network shyte, that i ported over to the devil itself, Telkom...

Me too.

But now I have an FNB sim in my phone for data only...

Now I'm roaming on two different networks at once :D

Good: Great data pricing
Bad: Network coverage and quality. Even when they have coverage their data connection quality isn't very good. And their service needs a lot of work, unless you know how to get in touch with their social media team you can end up really frustrated with their problem resolution abilities.

R999 for 100Gig mobile data is really good value for money. It would be nice if I could share the data between all my devices. It would also be nice if I can buy this online and not have to go in store.

The network has improved quite a bit. Rarely has reception problems, roaming works well.

Pretty expensive. Really greedy from them not to be able to buy data bundles with the allocated airtime. And that's what I hate most about companies, by hiding stuff in the terms and conditions.

The above.

I'm going to terminate my contract once it is over though, due to the fact that you hiked the price two months after I signed it, defeating the purpose of why I got the contract in the first place.
And stock Nexus devices.

They go out to prove they're a funky, vibey brand, but I simply could not deal with the network coverage. I once had a telephone conversation that took 23 dropped calls to complete.

If they can stick to good prices and improve capability, then they have the potential to really grow, especially as people see the other two biggies as rip-offs. Cell C is cheap, but in my experiences, you get what you pay for and I'm looking for something for something.

Coverage wise, Cell C's own network could be better. But since it's backed by Voda's, all is well.
Great data deals. 1 Day night data increase to R15 a Gig is kinda steep, but still okay.

Overall Cell C has improved greatly

They're good at paying employees to drive their own customers away by making telemarketing calls to them, even though said customers asked to be put on Cell C's do not spam list four times.

They're also really good at being rude, by having said telemarketing calls start off playing elevator music, because their call agents time is so much more precious to Cell C than than their customers' time is to themselves.

Network coverage is not satifying, and I think they need to differ from the competition by accomodating everyone in terms of internet services.
