What gym supplements are you currently using or have used that actually benefitted you ?

Water.

The problem with pre-workout is, you're supposed to cycle on and off. But once you've gone some time on, going off makes you feel like a slug.

As for protein, I tried usn, ssn, nutritech and others I cannot remember. They always upset my gut in some way. Got to a point where I wondered why I'm doing it, so now I just go and enjoy my exercise.

Creatine, whey protein, pre-workout if you are struggling energy wise during workout
I’m big on pre workout. I have around 8 different ones at the moment. I’ve quit creatine a while back and haven’t really noticed any changes. Might be getting enough through my diet or be a non responder.

Water would definitely be the best. I’ve started drinking EAAS during workout. Just for the taste actually.
And pre workout prior to working out. You do get to a point where you become reliant on it.

Other than keeping my diet on point, I take creatine daily, and caffeine before workout. I work out early, so I brew I pot so strong it wakes up the neigbours, and throw back a cup or two immediately after getting up.

Yeah, you have to cycle caffeine too. I go off it from time to time - try to have it coincide with my deload weeks.

I have to scale equipment by either 40+ catladders or lots and lots of stairson a regular basis and there is always a wiff of some hydrocarbon in the air, so can I consider those my supplements?

Gold Standard. But stopped.
Muscletech post-workout. Also stopped.

Nowadays, simply got my diet quite strictly in order. On the days I feel I won't get enough protein in, I take pea protein isolate with tap water.. Can't be arsed with any of the other **** in these whey protein powders.

In the end it’s better to get your diet on point than relying on supplements. I might stick with only pre workout supplements in future

None just water and coffee, used to take massgainer but made stomach upset, and honestly didnt gain much,
diet is kinda working, although its really hard cooking so much food.

3 grams Creatine in morning
6 weeks cycle of preworkout
Maybe a protein shake depending on my meals for the day or what I’m eating for dinner

Never taken any. From what I've heard supplements are mostly just cheap fillers covered with marketing fluff, sold at a huge markup, and not really neccesary if you're eating a proper diet.
