What is midnight?

That would make sense but the water has been off since some time this morning in Queensburgh, Northdene etc
Which is correct as well. That is why you can't say Midnight of a specific day. Because each day has two periods that is midnight. Early morning. Late night.

You HAVE TO give a time for something that is time critical.

It's restored if you haven't been told, levels should rise from 8pm, they completed repairs early.
That's good to know, I'll go check. Been washing my hands with pool water. Again we aren't even on the list Queensburgh is on the list I just can't read

Of course we were, the northdene pump station is the main pumps for our side of Durban.
Quite right you are, I just re-read the list and Queensburgh is clearly listed. I can not read. Posts edited accordingly

Let's use the 24-hour clock..

That makes 24:00 Wednesday or 00:00 Thursday both midnight.. It certainly does not include the 10th as option 1 states..
The night of the transition from the 10th to the 11th.

Almost got banned asking the same question. This is a trap.

Bwana would never ban you. Wait, let me tag him.

It's 2. They could have just phrased it as "24 hrs starting 12 October"
