What is needed to dial through my PC

i WOULD LIKE TO MAKE CALLS TO CELL NUMBERS IN SA THROUGH A SIP DIALER , (X-LITE) ON MY PC USING A USB HEADSET.
WHAT ELSE BESIDES THE INTERNET CONNECTION IS NEEDED?

First of all, no need to SHOUT!
Second of all you need a SIP account with a provider, and credits loaded.
Third, you need a SIP client of which many to choose from.

Sip account xlite or zoiper atleast 5meg up imo

You will need Zoiper. And a 2Mbs upload speed at least. With very low latency. Then you need a sip account from a provider and credit to dialout. Fatbudgie,SIACOM and lots of others provides these type of accounts.
