Hey everyone,
Quite annoyed so Ill probably need to edit this later. But what the f*** is wrong with google support? They've become a bunch of unreachable, unintelligent knobheads.
We are trying to have our Google Workspace Analytics account limit increased from 100, we used to be able to access live chat as a support method inside Analytics, or call, now the only option is "Community support" which is completely inactive. I also tried on another one of our accounts and I got the option to call, I was given the number +27 800 166 482 to phone, so I phoned it... and I get a mailbox saying "Welcome to google, we dont take calls at this number." Then it hangs up... like come on?
I then tried emailing our Google Rep, who didnt reply for a week, so I went onto their calendar to schedule a meeting, I joined the meeting the following day and they never showed up?
