I know that Ubuntu 9.04 is to be released today, but does anyone know wat time we can expect it to be released?

I was under the impression it's going to be released on the 23rd and the Ubuntu site confirms that. It says 1 day to go.

If I download Ubuntu 9.04 release candidate tonight, will I be able to upgrade it tomorrow without having to redownload the whole ISO. Is there like an upgrade option that will upgrade the release candidate to the final release? Or should I just wait till tomorrow?

Ok, so if i download Ubuntu 9.04 Release Candidate, burn to cd, install it on my pc, and then tomorrow i do the upgrade to the final version, is there a way I can now burn the new Final release to a cd? or would i have to download the final ISO and burn it to cd?

You would have to dl the Final and bunr it.

Got up at 04h00 to start the DL, but the TENET mirror still only has Jaunty RC. :(

[-]Probably around 7pm[/-]

also... those with netbooks should get the netbook remix version, will work 'out the box' on supported netbooks.
