At the end of 2000 I spent all the money I saved during the year (as 1st year student) on the worst digital camera know to man kind : HP PhotoSmart 215.

It came with a 4MB CF Card (yes they made them that small) and a warning not to use rechargeable batteries in the camera. It would drain 4 Duracells in about 150 pics.
