The share price is up 68% over the last 12 months and we've hit all our sales targets. Bonuses should be good but our department budget is flat, so I'm guessing another circa 3% increase, unless I get promoted. Ah well, what can you do.
3.4% increase in the end. Got a very good bonus though, split between cash and share-based LTI.

5% and a bonus so pitiful, the tax man will probably take most of it. But suppose that it's better than nothing.

There's a reason setup small business for the SO which pulls a decent amount if not inconsistently but allows us to get by.

I can't sit by waiting for handouts from companies that don't care and are battling aswel.

The tax man took a large chunk of my bonus. I’m angry about it. Wish I could take that tax and build a house for a deserving gogo in the Bundus myself. Because I know it will go into the dark hole of corruption.

5%.

Bonus same as last year at 17% of annual gross.

How do you feel about it?
Ok I guess.
Salary still lagging behind the cost of living crisis over the last couple of years here.
Slightly above current inflation rate though, but fiscal drag is a ****. Especially at the breakpoint I'm at, where the effective marginal tax rate is 60%
