That is kak, but job hunting is quite tedious. Nobody is irreplaceable, and there is always someone willing to work for cheaper than you. That’s not good man. Hope your CV is up to date. Unless you’re already mad overpaid, you can’t accept that.
It's not a very motivating range to be in, but at least once the allowance is tapered off, it's done with. There are a bunch of US allowances/exemptions/credits that do the same.Ok I guess.
Salary still lagging behind the cost of living crisis over the last couple of years here.
Slightly above current inflation rate though, but fiscal drag is a ****. Especially at the breakpoint I'm at, where the effective marginal tax rate is 60%
Nah, **** all that **** man. It’s all about you at the end of the day. Just keep hitting that apply button - you’ll never know. That is kak, but job hunting is quite tedious. Nobody is irreplaceable, and there is always someone willing to work for cheaper than you.
That might negatively affect the employer in the medium to long run, but it might also not. People are desperate for jobs.
Definitely. There is something in the pipeline, I'll give it until the end of the year.Nah, **** all that **** man. It’s all about you at the end of the day. Just keep hitting that apply button - you’ll never know.
That's a weird way they specify it. Why not just a 200% bonus? Aka 2 month salary.5%.
Bonus same as last year at 17% of annual gross.
Percentages are meaningless without context. 4% of R1,000,000 is a lot more money than 10% of R100,000. Reading someone's increase as 10% doesn't necessarily mean they got more money than you...4% I must be doing something wrong.
