What's for breakfast?

I used to be addicted to Snackers, haven't had one in a long time, though. These days I like Jungle energy bars ... since both of them are covered in chocolate (and some bars in joghurt), I am not too sure which of the two is the healthier option - if at all!

Snap. Always have one or the other on hand when the snacking urge hits. They're similar on the sugary scale, only slightly less obnoxious than a Lunch Bar :D

What's a good muesli to get? I prefer the type with more of those crunchy bits and fruit/nuts, with less oats/powdery stuff.

I buy that Jungle Energy bags. It's got some rolled oats mixed with lots of dried fruit. If I can't find those I get pnp no name stuff hardly any oats some crunchy cereal and dried fruit.

"Mealworms", or "weevils"

That tends to happen when flour (or dry porridge) stands on the shelf for weeks. If you find a recent purchase, return it for a refund ASAP and avoid the place where you bought it from. They're not keeping their surfaces clean and disinfected!

No matter how hard you try to rid your dry goods from these worms they will be there.the eggs are in the flour, oatmeal, cornmeal, etc. They start on the wheat plant and lay eggs the eggs are so small. They pass through the manufacturing process and once in the product they will hatch. I have put flour in the freezer for 2 weeks and the eggs still hatched. I think it has to be set well below zero to kill them off. So if you put your food in a sealed container you will still gets the worms/moths.

Found all sorts of suggestions, from "freezing the dry goods for 24hrs before storing in sealed plastic containers", to "include a few bay leaves or a stick of spearmint gum in the container", to "always remove flour from the cardboard packaging"

So you like the one with clusters and fruit/nuts. There's a tropical clusters one in an orange bag, I forget the name right now. Pretty good.
