Big Boss with cheese (single). Paid R10 extra to the meal & they gave those fingers (proper stuff) a choice of a sauce.

Yup I think it is :-(, son had it last week and seems he gave it to me. Was fine on Monday morning got to the office and about an hour or so later started feeling iffy. Boss sent me home, yesterday wasn't too bad but limited food, today thought I was doing better. Clearly not.
